Opened 1953, beneath the JR Yurakucho railway. Trains pass directly overhead. The ceiling shakes whenever one rolls through. That is the daily rhythm.
02 / What we grill
Charcoal, salt, sake.
Pork heart, liver, gizzard, intestine, tongue, cheek, tsukune. Skewers from ¥150. Draft beer, hoppy set, sake by the cup. That is the menu. Mostly standing room, eight counter seats.
